The added touch of complimentary water, Limonade, snack, and even a beer, showed a thoughtful consideration for guest comfort.In terms of amenities, the inclusion of a conditioner in the toiletries selection was a luxury touch, not commonly found in many hotels. The automated check-in/out systems and the option for early check-in added to the convenience factor, reflecting a value-driven service ethos.
